Flower Mount

The Flower Mount estate off Station Road in Baildon was built in 1965, as a result of an extremely generous donation by Mrs Gladys Reddiough, in memory of her late husband.

Bungalows at Flower Mount

This beautiful house (originally known as Beech Mount) was converted into eight flats and subsequently twenty three bungalows were constructed in carefully selected parts of the estate, many of them being donated in memory of former Bradford people whose names are inscribed in the stonework.

Main Building at Flower Mount

We take great pride in the quality of our homes. They are all built to meet our high standards and we carry out all internal and external repairs. Our residents have no need to worry about loose tiles or burst pipes.

Flower Mount

All our grounds are regularly maintained under contract so mowing and weeding is a thing of the past.
In 2008, following a generous donation from Harold Peers of Eccleshill in memory of Margaret Goy a former resident at Flower Bank, a stair-lift was installed in the Main House at Flower Mount.

Gardens at Flower Mount

The current rents for Flower Mount range from £60.00 to £62.25 per week payable at 4 weekly intervals in arrears. The next review of rents is due in April 2013.
