Flower Hill

In 1980 Westwood at Highgate in Heaton was purchased and the development of the Flower Hill estate commenced with the conversion of the main house into 6 separate units and the construction of a number of bungalows.

Work at Flower Hill continued, as funds became available, and the construction of two blocks of flats in this idyllic environment immediately adjacent to Heaton Woods brought the number of homes on this site to fifty one.

The current rents for Flower Hill range from £47.00 to £65.25 per week payable at 4 weekly intervals in arrears. The next review of rents is due in April 2013.

For Council Tax purposes all properties at Flower Hill are either Council Tax Band A or Band B.
