Flower Bank

The Flower Bank estate on Kings Road was the first of the Bradford Flower Fund properties
to be built in 1957.
As a charity all our resources go towards providing and maintaining quality homes in well cared for grounds at rents that are within the means of those living on limited incomes. There are 14 easily managed single bedroom properties at Flower Bank suitable for both single people or couples.

With prior permission from the Flower Fund, tenants may arrange to have a satellite dish installed on their property by a recognised contractor.

The current rent for Flower Bank is £51.50 per week payable at 4 weekly intervals in arrears.
The next review of rents is due in April 2013.

For Council Tax purposes all properties at Flower Bank fall under Council Tax Band A.
