Flower Hill

In 1980 Westwood at Highgate in Heaton was purchased and the development of the Flower Hill estate commenced with the conversion of the main house into 14 flats and 37 bungalows.

Work at Flower Hill continued, as funds became available, and the construction of two blocks of flats in this idyllic environment immediately adjacent to Heaton Woods brought the number of homes on this site to fifty one.

We aim to provide rents below the market place value. Payable at 4 weekly intervals in arrears. Rent reviews take place annually in April.

For Council Tax purposes all properties at Flower Hill are either Council Tax Band A or Band B.
